针对EAF-LF-VD-CC工艺流程生产的14Mn Nb管线钢,采用光谱分析法、红外分析法、大样电解法、图像分析仪、扫描电镜结合能谱分析等手段,对14Mn Nb管线钢中夹杂物变化进行了研究。检验分析了各工序下14Mn Nb管线钢中的氧氮含量变化,显微夹杂物数量、粒径分布的变化,显微夹杂物的组成及形貌特征;并对大型夹杂物数量、组成及形貌特征进行了分析。总结了14Mn Nb管线钢洁净度演变规律,对生产工序中的洁净度控制提出合理的措施。
Aiming at the 14Mn Nb pipeline steel produced by the EAF-LF-VD-CC process, using the methods of spectrum analysis, infrared analysis, large sample electrolysis, image analysis, scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis, Inclusion changes were studied.
