目的:研究瑞香素对大鼠重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)血清中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)含量的影响,探讨瑞香素对大鼠SAP的保护作用。方法:用5%牛磺胆酸钠1ml/kg经胆胰管逆行注射建立SAP模型。分为四组:假手术组(SO组)、药物对照组(SO-D组)、模型组(SAP组)和干预组(SAP-D组)。造模后分别在3,6,12h处死大鼠,对胰腺组织HE染色后观察病理损伤情况,用ELISA法测定血清中TNF-α和IL-1β的水平。结果:胰腺组织病理学评分,以及血清促炎细胞因子TNF-α和IL-1β水平,SAP-D组均较SAP组明显降低(P<0.05),SO组与SO-D组之间无明显差别(P>0.05)。结论:瑞香素具有较强抗炎活性,对大鼠SAP具有明显保护作用。
Objective: To study the effects of daphnetin on the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-1β (IL-1β) in rats with severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) Protective effects. Methods: SAP model was established by retrograde injection of 5% sodium taurocholate 1 ml / kg through the bile duct. Divided into four groups: sham operation group (SO group), drug control group (SO-D group), model group (SAP group) and intervention group (SAP-D group). Rats were sacrificed at 3, 6, and 12 h after model establishment. The pathological changes were observed after HE staining. The levels of TNF-α and IL-1β in serum were measured by ELISA. Results: Compared with SAP group, the levels of TNF-α and IL-1β in serum of pro-inflammatory group were significantly decreased (P <0.05), and there was no significant difference between SO group and SO-D group Difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Daphnetin has strong anti-inflammatory activity, and has obvious protective effect on SAP.
