居住是人类生活四大要素之一,人生的2/3时间在住宅及其周围的环境中度过。据联合国统计,一个国家正常的住宅建设指标为:每年住宅建设投资一般占基本建设总投资的30%~50%,约占国民生产总值(GNP)的5%,住宅的建设量占国家工程建设量的50%~60%,可见住宅建设在社会发展中的地位。本文针对当前多层建筑结构稳定性中一些常见却又常被忽视的问题进行了剖析,指出了错误的原因和后果,给出了一些设计建议和构造的要求,且根据广西南宁地区的建筑形式及地质情况对多层房屋结构稳定性进行分析。
