Q:我厂是宁波一家做EVA工艺品的工厂,是劳动力密集的小企业,有员工30名左右。每年过年前生产都非常繁忙,到春节前4-5天才能放假。为了鼓励员工加班,我厂有这样一条规定:凡是能坚持到春节前最后一天的,为该员工发放全年工资总额的6%作为年终奖金,如员工全年工资为25000元,年终奖金即为1500元。现在问题是,有一对员工是情侣,在放假前15天就要回老家筹备婚礼了,这样的情况我厂没有在奖金规定里注明。我作为老板,本意是要发放全年奖金给这对情侣的,但是,其他管理人员都担心如果发奖金给他们,以后每年过年
