以东荣二矿近距离煤层群内残留煤柱自然发火及治理过程为背景,通过对封闭区域内指标气体变化规律的分析,并结合近距离煤层群的布置情况,对自然发火位置进行了判断。提出了“堵、惰、降”相结合的治理思路,即通过专用防灭火巷道内的钻孔,对层间裂隙灌注水泥浆进行封堵,通过封闭区域内预埋管路灌注氮气进行大面积惰化,通过高位钻孔向火点位置压注泡沫阻化剂等方法对火区进行治理。结果表明:自燃区域内C_2H_2、C_2H_4等气体逐渐消失,CO浓度大幅度下降。
Taking the spontaneous combustion and the process of residual coal pillar in the close coal seams of Dongrong No.2 mine as the background, this paper analyzed the change of index gas in the closed area and combined with the arrangement of close distance coal seams to judge the location of spontaneous combustion . The idea of “blocking, inerting and lowering” was put forward. That is, through the holes in the special anti-fire tunnel, the grout of the fissure-infused cement slurry was sealed, and the nitrogen was injected through the embedded pipe in the closed area A large area of inerting, through high-level drilling to the fire point pressure injection foam inhibitor and other methods of fire zone management. The results show that the gases such as C_2H_2 and C_2H_4 disappear spontaneously and the concentration of CO decreases significantly.
