为了掌握我院目前住院病人的院内感染发病情况,我们调查了1990年第一季度的全部入档病历1680份,实查1419份,现调查分析如下。一、调查方法根据病历材料中的有关记录,如病历首页上的入、出院诊断,院内合併症及院内感染栏目的填写、体温单上体温曲线的变化,大小便次数记录、医嘱单上抗菌素的更改与增添、病程记录以及各种有关检验、检查报告单等,找出医院内感染的诊断依据。二、医院内感染诊断标准根据江苏省卫生厅颁发的“院内感染诊断标准”。三、调查结果见表1、2。由表1可以看出,我院目前的院内感染发生率为
