近些年独立学院如雨后春笋般涌现,在一定程度上缓解了综合性院校在社会稀缺型人才培养方面的压力,但同时由于独立学院自身的特殊性质,其建设尚处于边摸索边建设的初级阶段。以下就独立学院学生党建工作现状进行分析,提出“学生党支部建在班上”与“党建带团建”联动关系的构建思路。
Independent colleges have sprung up in recent years, to a certain extent, alleviated the pressure of comprehensive colleges and universities in the cultivation of socially scarce talents, but at the same time, due to the special nature of the independent college, its construction is still at a preliminary stage stage.
