电视行业是国家重要的产业领域。作为制造大国,我国电视机产销量世界第一。2016年,生产彩电1.5亿多台,占全球一半以上,包括数字电视、智能电视、OLED电视,等等,让人挑花了眼。但行业的竞争,根本比拼的还是核心技术。长期以来,产量虽大,但由于没有自主知识产权,电视标准的制定都由欧美日说了算。国内厂商受制于人不说,还要向国外交付一笔高额的“专利费”。这个问题,直到我国自主研发DTMB技术后,才得到根本改变。
