今年以来,江西省、市、县三级组织部门围绕服务和推进基层组织建设年,联动开展了“走基层、进支部、强素质”活动。4月份,我用一周多时间到吉安、萍乡两市调研,目的主要是“进支部”调研基层组织建设。以下是调研中形成的一些想法和感受,概括起来主要有“十悟”。一悟:真正的党建工作需要进村入户。这次下基层,接连走了十几个党支部,对基层组织建设作了一些调查。我们基层有一大批奋力拼搏、为民服务、贯彻党的路线方针政策、扎扎实实干事的干部。我们研究党建工作,关键在基层。要推进党建工作重 Since the beginning of this year, the three departmental departments of Jiangxi Province, the city and the county have jointly conducted the activities of “walking at the grassroots level, entering the branches and strengthening the quality” around the service and promotion of the construction of grass-roots organizations. This time the grassroots level, went one after another a dozen party branches, made some investigations into the building of grass-roots organizations. At the grassroots level, there are a large number of cadres who work hard, serve the people, carry out the party’s line, principles, and policies and work in a down-to-earth manner. We study the party building work, the key is at the grassroots level. To promote the heavy work of party building
