双歧杆菌是哺乳动物肠道内的生理性主导菌。它能激活巨噬细胞和NK细胞等多种效应细胞。本文首次运用Griess试剂、激光共聚焦显微镜以及放免法检测了双歧杆菌刺激裸鼠腹腔巨噬细胞后产生的NO、iNOS和cGMP的含量 ,旨在探讨这些信号效应分子在双歧杆菌调节机体
Bifidobacteria are the dominant physiological bacteria in the gut of mammals. It activates many effector cells such as macrophages and NK cells. In this paper, Griess reagent, confocal laser scanning microscopy and radioimmunoassay were used to detect the NO, iNOS and cGMP content of Bifidobacterium induced by peritoneal macrophages in nude mice. The aim of this study is to investigate the effects of these signaling molecules on Bifidobacterium
