孙××女64岁农民住院号148470 因左眼疼,眼球突出2个月于1989年4月26日来我院就诊。主诉:于两年前左眼被树枝扎伤,视力逐渐下降,在当地医院多次检查,诊断为“眼底出血”,给予对症治疗,以至逐渐失明。近两个月左眼疼剧烈,伴眼球突出,门诊以绝对期青光眼收住院。局部检查:右眼正常。左眼视力无光感,眼球前突,固定,球结膜混合充血,角膜水肿,前房浅、瞳孔中度散大,光反射消失,晶体呈棕黄色混浊,眼压T+2,B超探查左眼球后壁后方可见2.7×2.5×1.8cm

Left eye vision no light feeling, preeclampsia, fixed, conjunctival hyperemia, corneal edema, shallow anterior chamber, moderate pupil dilation, light reflection disappeared, the crystal was brown and turbid, intraocular pressure T +2, B ultrasonography The left eye behind the rear wall can be seen 2.7 × 2.5 × 1.8cm
