随着当前我国城市化的不断推进和发展,城市建筑规模和数量在不断的扩大,在这一基础下,建筑工程的监督管理工作发挥了非常重要的作用。在建筑建设过程中只有实施规范化系统化的质量监督管理工作才能够真正实现建筑的科学建设,保证建筑物在后期中的安全、稳定应用。本文笔者基于此主要来分析探究当前阶段建筑工程建设过程中质量监督管理所存在的一系列问题以及问题的具体解决对策。
With the continuous promotion and development of urbanization in our country, the scale and number of urban buildings are constantly expanding. On this basis, the supervision and management of construction projects have played a very important role. Only the implementation of standardized and systematic quality supervision and management in the process of building construction can we truly realize the scientific construction of the building and ensure the safe and steady application of the building in the later period. Based on this, the author mainly analyzes and probes into a series of problems existing in the quality supervision and management of the construction engineering construction in the current stage and the specific solutions to the problems.
