本文测定15例地方性克汀病(简称为地克病)人和15例健康人尿中去甲肾上腺素(NE)代谢产物香草扁桃酸(VMA)的含量。15例地克病人VMA含量平均值为1.34mg/24小时尿,健康人平均值为7.69mg/24小时,结果显示地克病人尿中VMA含量比健康人有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),地克病人尿中VMA含量变化比本组的乙酰胆硷、血清T_3、T_4、TSH等生化指标的变化更为明显,进一步证明了金风哲等人的发现。本文方法简单,标本易采集,VMA变化显著,所以作者认为尿中VMA测定不失为地克病诊断的生化指标之一。
In this paper, the content of norepinephrine (NE) metabolite vanillic acid (VMA) in 15 cases of endemic cretinism (referred to as Dick’s disease) and 15 healthy subjects was measured. The average VMA content of 15 patients with dexamethasone was 1.34mg / 24 hours urinary and the average healthy person was 7.69mg / 24 hours. The results showed that the urinary VMA content in patients with dexamethasone was significantly different (P <0.01) The changes of urinary VMA content in Dick’s patients were more obvious than that of acetylcholine, serum T_3, T_4, TSH and other biochemical indexes in this group, which further proved the discovery of Jin Feng Zhe et al. This method is simple, easy to collect specimens, VMA changes significantly, so the author believes that the determination of urinary VMA may be one of the biochemical indicators of Dick’s diagnosis.
