中国共产党要在新的历史阶段上承载着艰巨的领导责任,必须锻造自己应有的资格和能力。“四个全面”的战略布局,是新一届中央领导集体在统筹新的历史起点上,分析面临的问题后作出的全局性安排。在新形势下,全面从严治党是党形象建设的重要体现,全面深化改革、全面建成小康社会是党的形象建设的有力举措,全面依法治国是党形象建设的基本要求,党要切实全面从严,努力加强自身建设,维护党在群众中的良好形象。
The Chinese Communist Party must shoulder the arduous leadership responsibility in the new historical stage and must forge its due qualifications and capabilities. The strategic layout of “four comprehensives” is the overall arrangement made by the new generation of central leading collectives at the starting point for co-ordinating new history and analyzing the problems they face. Under the new situation, a comprehensive and strict administration of the party is an important manifestation of the building of the party’s image. Deepening the reform in an all-round way and building a moderately prosperous society in all respects are powerful measures for building the party’s image. A comprehensive administration of the state according to law is the basic requirement of the party’s image building. Be strict and make every effort to strengthen self-construction and safeguard the party’s good image among the masses.
