党教工作是党完成新时期历史任务的重要保证。我国人口80％在农村,目前尚有10％未解决温饱问题。“农民没有摆脱贫困,就是我国没有摆脱贫因”。因此抓好贫困地区的农村党员教育,使广大党员成为脱贫致富的“领头雁”,加快贫困地区农村经济的发展,意义重大。 如何搞好农村特别是贫困山区农村的党教工作,对促进农村经济的发展意义重大。笔者认为应着重抓以下几个方面: Party work is an important guarantee for the completion of the party’s historical tasks in the new period.
