1983年我从群众出版社调到《人民公安》编辑部,一干就是12年,直到1995年我调到公安部办公厅信访办。其实我调信访办也与《人民公安》有关,因为若不是当记者有机会采访信访办,就不知道公安部还有这么一个地方能够让我当一把实实在在参战的警察,而非仅仅是一个“文官”。12年,整整一轮,有好几件事一直印在我的脑海里。出山第一仗我在《人民公安》发表的第一篇稿件,是写一个冒充高干子弟诈骗的案件,标题叫《新拉郎配》;采访的第一位民警叫贾春雨,是北京市公安局西城分局展览路派出所民警。准确地说,写作案件时,我还不是《人民公安》的编辑,而是供职于群众出版社的文艺编辑室,该室与《人民公安》编辑部同属该社的两个处级单位。那个诈骗案的素材是当时任群众出版社副总编的李文达
In 1983, I transferred from the mass-publishing house to the editorial department of “People’s Public Security”.
