基于在pH 3.0的B-R缓冲溶液中,三聚氰胺与Cu2+形成2:1的络合物,导致体系共振光散射(RLS)强度明显增大,在405 nm处,三聚氰胺的质量浓度在0.05~9 mg/L范围内与散射强度成正比,据此建立了利用共振光散射测定三聚氰胺的新方法。检出限为0.037 mg/L。方法已用于奶制品中三聚氰胺的测定。同时探讨了反应机理。
The formation of a 2: 1 complex of melamine with Cu2 + resulted in a significant increase of RLS intensity at pH 3.0 in BR buffer solution. At 405 nm, the mass concentration of melamine was between 0.05 and 9 mg / L and scattering intensity is proportional to the establishment of a new method of determination of melamine by resonance light scattering method. The detection limit was 0.037 mg / L. The method has been used for the determination of melamine in dairy products. At the same time, the reaction mechanism was discussed.
