在中央大力弘扬民族文化的号召下,在纪念徽班进京二百周年振兴京剧观摩研讨大会的鼓舞下,建国四十多年来第一个着重研究和发扬京剧艺术的大型期刊《中国京剧》与读者见面了。我以极其兴奋的心情,热诚地祝贺刊物的诞生。希望刊物设法吸引大家不断的关心,共同把它办好。徽班进京,徽剧不断吸收汉调、昆曲、秦腔等剧种的精华,逐步形成了一个具有强大生命力的新的剧种——京剧。经过一百五十多年不断发展,日臻完美,
