做好小麦播种期病虫害防治,对压低病虫初始量,预防苗期病虫害的发生,确保全年小麦病虫害有效控制具有重要意义。为落实2016年农业部秋冬种会议精神,进一步加强小麦秋播药剂拌种和秋冬季病虫害防治工作,农业部种植业管理司会同全国农业技术推广服务中心组织国家小麦产业体系相关专家,结合2016年春夏季小麦病虫发生情况,研究制定我国不同产区秋冬季小麦主要病虫害防控技术指导意见。
Doing a good job in the prevention and control of diseases and insect pests during sowing in wheat is of great significance to reducing the initial amount of pests and diseases, preventing the occurrence of pests and diseases at the seedling stage, and ensuring the effective control of wheat pests and diseases throughout the year. In order to implement the spirit of autumn and winter conferences of the Ministry of Agriculture in 2016 and further strengthen wheat seed dressing and fall and winter pest and disease control work, the Crop Management Division of the Ministry of Agriculture, in conjunction with the National Center for Agricultural Technology Extension and Service, organized experts on national wheat industry system, Summer wheat pests and diseases, research to develop different areas in China in autumn and winter wheat major pests and diseases prevention and control technology guidance.
