目的 回顾近几年文献 ,综述Egr 1基因的结构、功能、与肿瘤及肿瘤基因 放射治疗的关系。 方法 分析相关文献 2 3篇。结果 Egr 1基因调节多种下游基因的转录 ,参与调节正常细胞的增殖与分化 ,与某些肿瘤发生有关。另外Egr 1有放射致敏性 ,已尝试用于多种肿瘤的基因 放射治疗。 结论 Egr 1基因具有多种重要功能 ,利用其启动子的放射诱导性 ,可实现肿瘤的靶向性基因 放射治疗。
Objective To review the literature in recent years and review the relationship between the structure and function of Egr 1 gene and the radiotherapy of tumor and tumor genes. Methods To analyze 23 related articles. Results The Egr 1 gene regulates the transcription of several downstream genes and is involved in the regulation of proliferation and differentiation of normal cells, which is associated with some tumorigenesis. In addition Egr 1 has radiosensitization, it has been tried for a variety of tumor gene therapy. Conclusion The Egr 1 gene has a number of important functions. Targeted gene radiotherapy of tumors can be achieved by utilizing the radiotransductivity of its promoter.
