中国兵工学会热处理学会于今年五月十七日至二十二日在杭州召开成立大会并举行首次学术交流会。参加会议的代表共85名,中国机械工程学会热处理学会付秘书长裘汲等出席了会议;中国兵工学会秘书处、兵工金属材料学会和浙江省工办也分别派代表参加大会。会议选举了由三十人组成的兵工热处理学会委员会,并一致推举赵毓良为主任,石霖、雷廷权、郑光宇、张树松为付主任。会议交流了涉及化学热处理、感应热处理、强韧化处理、事故分析、节能及热处理设备等各方面的学术论文共59篇,并将在近期内编辑出版论文集。会议还讨论并制定了81～83年的学术活动计划。
Chinese Society of Ordnance Heat Treatment Institute held its inaugural meeting in Hangzhou from May 17 to 22 this year and held its first academic exchange meeting. A total of 85 delegates attended the conference and Qi Qixian, secretary general of China Mechanical Engineering Society Heat Treatment Society attended the conference. The Chinese Ordnance Institute Secretariat, the Ordnance Metals Materials Society and Zhejiang Provincial Work Office also sent representatives to the conference respectively. The meeting elected thirty council members of the Ordnance Heat Treatment Society Committee and unanimously elected Zhao Yuliang as the director. Shi Lin, Lei Tingquan, Zheng Guangyu, and Zhang Shusong were the chief directors. A total of 59 academic papers related to chemical heat treatment, induction heat treatment, toughening treatment, accident analysis, energy saving and heat treatment equipment were exchanged during the conference and will be edited and published in the near future. The meeting also discussed and formulated 81 to 83 years of academic programs.
