减数是矫治牙列拥挤的一个重要方法。目前常用的活动矫治器往往因支抗力不够而使后牙前移,并过多占据拔牙间隙,从而使矫治效果不够满意。为解决这个问题,有人提出用附有绕簧或阻滞弓簧的活动唇挡,用颌间或颌外的固位力,及用环托式矫正器等措施来增强支抗。这些方法都在一定程度上减少了后牙的前移。但这些矫治器在摘戴和制作上都较困难。为此,笔者设计了一种附有固定唇挡的活动矫正器,并观察该矫正器在阻止后牙前移方面的效果。
Minus reduction is an important method of correcting crowding. At present, the commonly used active appliances tend to advance the posterior teeth due to insufficient supporting force and occupy too much space for tooth extraction, so that the effect of the orthodontic treatment is not satisfactory. In order to solve this problem, it has been proposed to enhance the anchorage with a movable lip attached with a wrap spring or a retaining bow spring, a retaining force using an intermaxillary or external jaw, and a ring brace. These methods are to some extent reduce the advance of the posterior teeth. However, these appliances are harder to pick and manufacture. To this end, I designed a fixed appliance with a fixed lip braces and observed the braces in the prevention of posterior teeth forward effect.
