用吸管加一般的试剂,要用吸球反复吸取试剂,特别大批检验,很不方便。为此我们利用报废的一次性滴流器和一次性注射器,自制一种可连续加试剂的定量器。取滴流管的三通一个,把尖的一端削平,变为A端那样,见图1。用滴流管一根,在酒精灯上微微加热,把一小段拉细,使之是原来粗细的1/2。管内放入玻璃珠,它的大小以正好被拉细的一段阻碍,再顺着管插入一个从三通A端剪下的有双孔的那段塑料,尖端对准小玻璃珠,具体尺寸可见图2,这样单向流通管就做成了。根据自己的需要量,可按上述要求做多个。最后取一次性注射器一个,按图3组装,这样一个完整的连续加试剂定量器便制成了。
