课堂教学是学校教育教学的主阵地。追求课堂教学的高效率,是每一个老师不断追求的目标,它是教学过程的最优化,教育效果的最大化,是师生完美配合的结晶。2013年,是我县教育教学改革的一个大变革,每个学校都牵起了“高效课堂”教学的热潮。从赴蒙山的现场观摩到理论学习,最后进入课堂实践探究。经过一年的探索,现在新的课堂模式已基本形成,目前正朝着“高效课堂”新模式稳步推进。在经历理论学习与实践教学工作中,笔者真正领略到高效课堂的魅力所在:
Classroom teaching is the main front of school education and teaching. Pursuing the high efficiency of classroom teaching is the constant goal pursued by every teacher. It is the optimization of teaching process and the maximization of educational effect, which is the perfect cooperation between teachers and students. In 2013, it was a great change in the education and teaching reform in our county. Each school has brought up the craze of “efficient classroom” teaching. From the scene to Mengshan to observe the theoretical study, and finally into the classroom practice and exploration. After a year of exploration, the new classroom model has now basically taken shape and is moving steadily toward a new model of “efficient classroom”.
