一、刚性平屋顶渗漏调研的一些情况我国对屋面防水工程有组织的调查研究,积累了一些资料。1964年冶金部基本建设司组织设计、施工、科研单位参加的防水工程调查组,调查有十五项水泥砂浆刚性屋面,两项细石混凝土刚性屋面,调查面积约26000m~2,得出的主要结论是: 1.屋面刚度不够和材料不能适应基层变形。特别是无隔热层的屋面,由于长期荷载和温度变化产生挠度、温度应力、收缩变形等。对于某些有隔热层的屋面,由于温差大、隔热层受潮等原因,也可能发生开裂。 2.由于屋面细部处理不当或屋面积水而造成渗漏。特别在南方雨量大、湿度大的条件下,现行施工规范中对屋面基层和隔热层的含水率还没有定量的控制数字。 3.防水层不能适应基层的变形。
First, some cases of research on rigid flat roof leakage. Our country has organized investigation and research on roof waterproofing projects and accumulated some data. In 1964, the Department of Fundamental Construction of the Ministry of Metallurgy organized design, construction, and research institutes to participate in a waterproof engineering investigation team. It investigated fifteen rigid roofs of cement mortar and two fine-grained concrete rigid roofs with an investigation area of approximately 26,000 m 2 . The conclusions are: 1. The rigidity of the roof is not enough and the material cannot adapt to the deformation of the base layer. In particular, roofs without a heat-insulating layer are subject to deflection, temperature stress, shrinkage deformation, and the like due to long-term load and temperature changes. For some roofs with thermal insulation, cracks may occur due to large temperature differences, moisture in the insulation layer, etc. 2. Leakage due to improper roofing or room area water treatment. In particular, under conditions of heavy rain and high humidity in the South, there are no quantitative control figures for the moisture content of the roof base and thermal insulation layer in the current construction specifications. 3. The waterproof layer cannot adapt to the deformation of the base layer.
