苏共二十七大制订的加快建设速度的构想导致国民经济各行各业的调整和探索从根本上提高社会生产效率的途径。在调整期间应对处于工业开发阶段的矿床的水文地质调查的现有方法加以分析并拟定进一步改进水文地质研究工作的途径。
The concept of accelerating the pace of construction set forth by the 27th National Congress of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union has led to the readjustment and exploration of all walks of life in the national economy in a fundamental way to increase the efficiency of social production. Existing methods of hydrogeological surveys of deposits in industrial development should be analyzed during the adjustment period and elaboration of ways to further improve hydrogeological research.
