国务院发布《中华人民共和国1988年国库券条例》本刊讯最近,国务院发出1988《关于发布〈中华人民共和国1988年国库券条例〉的通知》。通知说,1988年国库券发行数额为90亿元,其中,单位购买35亿元,个人购买55亿元。各省、自治区、直辖市和中央各部门的购买任务由财政部下达。通知要求各级人民政府要组织广泛的宣传,有关部门要密切配合,共同做好国库券的发行工作。现将国务院发布的《中华人民共和国1988年国库券条例》全文刊登如下:
State Council promulgates the 1988 Treasury Bonds Regulations of the People’s Republic of China Recently, the State Council issued the 1988 Notice on the Release of the 1988 Treasury Bonds Regulations of the People’s Republic of China. The circular said that in 1988, treasury bills issued amounted to 9 billion yuan, of which 3.5 billion yuan was purchased by the unit and 5.5 billion yuan was purchased by individuals. The purchase tasks of the provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, and the central departments are issued by the Ministry of Finance. The circular requires that people’s governments at all levels should organize a wide range of publicity campaigns and relevant departments should work closely together to do a good job in the issue of treasury bills.
