通过给予日本大耳白兔高脂饮食,同时给予抗氧化维生素(维生素E、维生素C及β胡萝卜素),用酶标免疫法(ELISA)测定免血清氧化低密度脂蛋白(oxLDL)水平。结果发现,取抗氧化维生素组oxLDL水平明显降低,且兔主动脉动脉粥样硬化(As)斑块形成减轻,泡沫细胞减少,平滑肌细胞增生减轻。探讨了As形成的机制,从一个侧面为As的防治提供了理论依据。
The rabbits were given a high-fat diet and anti-oxidant vitamins (vitamin E, vitamin C and β-carotene) at the same time. The level of serum oxLDL was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) The results showed that the levels of oxLDL in anti-oxidative vitamin group were significantly decreased, and the plaque formation in atherosclerotic plaque of aorta in rabbits was reduced, the number of foam cells and the proliferation of smooth muscle cells were reduced. The formation mechanism of As is discussed, which provides a theoretical basis for the prevention and control of As from one aspect.
