采用自行设计的调查问卷 ,对 110例高血压病患者调查健康获得观念及对健康教育的需求。结果 :患者欠缺较深层次的相关知识 ,缺乏自护能力 ,知行未合一 ;能解决实际问题的健康教育需求较多 ,医护讲解、演示及电话咨询方式最受欢迎。对策 :1重视健康教育人才培养 ,转变护患关系模式 ;2重视健康教育内容和形式的研究 ;3探索有利于遵医行为的教育措施 ,提高患者的自护能力 A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate 110 healthy people’s needs for acquiring ideas and health education. Results: Patients lacked deeper level of related knowledge, lack of self-care ability, knowledge and practice are not unified, and there are many demands for health education that can solve practical problems. Medical care and explanation, demonstration and telephone consultation are the most popular methods. Countermeasures: 1 Emphasize the education of talents in health education, change the relationship model between nurses and patients; 2 emphasize research on the content and form of health education; 3 explore educational measures that are conducive to compliance with doctors and improve the self-care ability of patients.
