棉酚是一种新的男性节育药,有较好的男性节育效果,并对某些妇女病有较好疗效。鉴于棉酚可使精细胞发生异常改变,进一步确定棉酚有否致突变活性具有重要意义。我们应用鼠伤寒沙门氏菌/哺乳动物微粒体酶的突变试验(Ames方法)对棉酚进行致突变活性的测定。
Gossypol is a new male birth control medicine that has good male birth control effects and has a good effect on some women’s diseases. Given that gossypol can cause abnormal changes in sperm cells, it is of great significance to further determine whether there is any mutagenic activity of gossypol. We tested the mutagenic activity of gossypol using the mutagenicity test of Salmonella typhimurium / mammalian microsomal enzymes (Ames method).
