在国家经济以及各项现代技术的快速发展下,建筑智能化系统工程在建筑行业中的地位越来越重要。建筑智能化是计算机技术、自动控制技术、通信技术等先进技术的结合,其施工管理是一个较为复杂的过程,涉及到众多环节的管理,为此,为保证建筑智能化系统乃至整个建筑工程的质量,需要对智能化工程的施工实施有效的管理。文中首先对建筑智能化工程的特点进行了分析,在此基础上阐述了建筑智能化施工管理中存在的问题,最后提出建筑智能化施工管理的具体措施,旨在为进一步为提升建筑智能化管理水平提供理论参考。
