C~(14)-甲酸是动物示踪实验中常用的一种标记化合物,也是合成腺嘌呤、草酸、α-酮戊二酸、谷氨酸等其他重要代谢物质的原料。为了生物化学研究的需要,作者曾就制备标记甲酸的方法进行试验,获得了满意的结果。合成C~(14)-甲酸或C~(11)-甲酸的已知方法大致可以分为三种:(1)C_(14)O_2或C_(14)-碳酸盐的还原,(2)C~(14)-甲醛的氧化,及(3)C~(14)-氢氰酸盐的水解。作者决定采用第三种方法,
C ~ (14) -carboxylic acid is a commonly used marker compound in animal tracing experiments and is also a raw material for the synthesis of other important metabolites such as adenine, oxalic acid, α-ketoglutaric acid and glutamic acid. In order to meet the needs of biochemical research, the author tested the method of preparing formic acid for labeling and obtained satisfactory results. Known methods for the synthesis of C ~ (14) -carboxylic acid or C ~ (11) -carboxylic acid can be roughly divided into three types: (1) reduction of C 14 O 2 or C 14 (14) -carbonates, Oxidation of C ~ (14) -formaldehyde, and (3) Hydrolysis of C ~ (14) -hydrocyanate. The author decided to use the third method,
