一、以德服人,以爱育人作为一名班主任,要塑造良好的师德形象,在教育教学工作中真正做到为人师表、率先垂范,要求学生做到的,自己首先带头做到。如要求学生讲文明礼貌,教师首先就要做到尊重每一位学生的人格,不挖苦讽刺他们;教育他们热爱劳动,教师就要带头参加劳动;教育学生搞好团结,首先自己做到与同事团结协作,和学生成为知心朋友;要求学生书写认真工整,教师在课堂板书、批改作业时做到书写规范认真。这样,自己的一言一行就能成为一种无声的教育,同时赢得学生的尊敬。
