目的建立近红外光谱技术快速无损鉴别南板蓝根药材真伪优劣的方法。方法应用近红外光谱技术结合模式识别法分析药材,采用OPUS/INDENT定性分析的沃德法进行聚类分析,并进行光谱间相似度计算,对南板蓝根的真伪优劣进行快速无损鉴别。结果在8983.2~5388.4cm-1、4964.1~4050cm-1区域,基于聚类分析的模式识别法可以鉴别南板蓝根真伪优劣,与相似度计算结果一致。结论近红外光谱聚类分析和相似度计算方法具有简单、快速、可操控性等特性,可用于南板蓝根真伪优劣的鉴别。
Objective To establish a method for rapid and non-destructive identification of the authenticity of Nandan root by near-infrared spectroscopy. Methods The medicinal materials were analyzed by near infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) combined with pattern recognition. The qualitative analysis was performed by OPUS / INDENT clustering analysis and the similarity between spectra was calculated. Results In 8983.2 ~ 5388.4cm-1, 4964.1 ~ 4050cm-1 region, the pattern recognition method based on cluster analysis can distinguish the authenticity and inferiority of Radix isatidis, which is consistent with the similarity calculation. Conclusion NIRS clustering analysis and similarity calculation method are simple, rapid and maneuverability, which can be used to identify the authenticity of the Southern Banlangen.
