选用 8个级别的烤烟烟叶及 2个级别的白肋烟叶 ,研究了烟草甲Lasiodermaserricorne(F .)对贮存烟叶的产卵及取食选择性与烟叶所含化学物质的关系。逐步回归分析结果显示 ,烟叶可溶性总糖及石油醚提取物含量越高 ,越能吸引烟草甲产卵 ;可溶性总糖及石油醚提取物含量越高、纤维素含量越低 ,越能吸引烟草甲取食。
Eight levels of flue-cured tobacco leaves and two levels of burley tobacco leaves were used to study the relationship between the spawning and feeding selectivity of tobacco leaves and the chemical substances in tobacco leaves of Lasiodermaserricorne (F.). The results of stepwise regression analysis showed that the higher the content of total soluble sugar and petroleum ether extract of tobacco was, the more it could attract tobacco a-laying eggs.
