慈善事业需要政府搭建平台、优化环境,需要榜样率先垂范、激励带动,需要每一个人身体力行、快乐参与,还需要慈善组织来具体实施、付诸实践。——民政部部长李立国2013年4月19日,第八届“中华慈善奖”表彰大会暨中国慈善联合会成立大会在人民大会堂举行,民政部部长李立国出席大会并作重要讲话。大会隆重表彰了第八届“中华慈善奖”获得者,向获奖者代表颁发了证书和奖杯。在本届表彰榜上,曹德旺等20名个人荣获“最具爱心捐赠个人”奖;宝钢集团有限公司等40家企业荣获“最具爱心捐赠企业”奖;阿扎提古丽·日介甫等19名个人(团队)荣获“最具爱心慈善楷模”奖;爱心助环卫等20个项目荣获“最具影响力慈善项目”奖。
