This article introduces the CO2 arc welding power supply control system based on digital signal processor control. Discussed in detail with the digital signal processing chip control welding power supply hardware design block diagram and the main software process. Tests show that the system is stable and reliable, better to meet the process performance, to achieve the digital control of welding machine
