随着时代经济的快速发展,我国各类建筑施工企业逐渐崛起,进而使得我国国内建筑市场的竞争越来越激烈,关于施工企业如何做好内部控制这一话题,已经成为当今企业建筑领域的热点之一。本文主要对施工企业建立内部控制制度的必要性进行了主要的阐述,进而分析了施工企业内部控制存在的主要问题,最后探讨总结了施工企业加强内部控制的应对措施。
With the rapid economic development of our times, all kinds of construction enterprises in China are gradually emerging, which in turn leads to the increasingly fierce competition in the domestic construction market. The topic of how to do a good job of internal control in construction enterprises has become a hot topic in the field of corporate construction one. This article mainly elaborates the necessity of establishing internal control system in construction enterprises, and then analyzes the main problems existing in internal control of construction enterprises. Finally, it summarizes the response measures of construction enterprises to strengthen internal control.
