对CaO颗粒脱硫反应用热重分析法进行了实验研究,CaO颗粒由国内有代表性的6种不同产地的石灰石加热分解制成。实验表明石灰石品种对脱硫反应有影响,在870℃时,CaO转化率在17%~36%之间。建立了CaO脱硫反应动力学数学模型,并计算了动力学参数,即反应速度常数Ks和产物层扩散系数Dp。在870℃时Ks为1.64×10(-8)~6.86×10-8m4/(mol·s),Dp为3.15×10(-13)~1.61×10(-12)m2/s。CaO脱硫表面化学反应的表观活化能为42.6~59.1kJ/mol。
The desulfurization reaction of CaO particles by thermal gravimetric analysis of the experimental study, CaO particles from the representative of the six different origin of limestone pyrolysis made. Experiments show that limestone varieties have an impact on the desulfurization reaction, at 870 ℃, CaO conversion rate of 17% to 36%. A kinetic mathematical model of CaO desulfurization reaction was established, and the kinetic parameters were calculated, that is, the reaction rate constant Ks and the product layer diffusion coefficient Dp. The Ks was 1.64 × 10 -8 -8.66 × 10 -8 m 4 / mol · s at 870 ℃, and the Dp was 3.15 × 10 13-1.61 × 10 (-12 ) M2 / s. The apparent activation energy of CaO desulfurization surface chemical reaction is 42.6 ~ 59.1kJ / mol.
