发展社会主义市场经济深化国有企业改革,必须坚持全心全意依靠工人阶级,充分发挥职工群众的主力军作用,这是我们企业在建立现代企业制度过程中所必须坚持的一点,而实行厂务公开,是职工群众发挥民主管理企业的重要体现,只有实行厂务公开,才能加强职工民主监督、民主管理工作,有助于进一步调动职工群众的积极性、创造性,推进企业的改革发展与稳定。
To Develop the Socialist Market Economy Deepening the reform of state-owned enterprises requires that we always rely on the working class and give full play to the main force of the masses of workers and staff. This is the point that our enterprises must uphold in establishing a modern enterprise system. Only by practicing the openness of factory affairs can the workers and staff members play an important role in the democratic management of enterprises. Only in this way can the workers’ democratic supervision and democratic management be enhanced, which helps to further arouse the enthusiasm and creativity of the workers and staff and promote the reform, development and stability of the enterprises.
