省级卫生监督体制与疾病预防控制体制的改革正在积极推进 ,作为以卫生防疫站为主的卫生预防体系即将成为历史的一页。新的卫生监督与疾病控制体制是适应新的形势 ,适应市场经济需要 ,适应卫生事业改革而产生的。机构设置、功能职责、业务范围都与过去有很大不同 ,如何建立好新的工作体系 ,如何明确新的社会功能与职责 ,如何形成具有新的持续发展活力的运行机制 ,是体制改革中面临的现实问题。本刊特约了几位省市疾病预防控制中心的主任就这些课题进行专题讨论 ,希望能够对正在酝酿改革 ,实施改革的其他地区有所启迪和帮助 ,也希望更多的运行新体制的地区总结交流各自的做法和体会
