随着国家大力发展职业教育政策的稳步推进,五年制高职教育越来越受到广大学生和家长的青睐。五年制高职学生正处于从少年后期到青年时期过渡的青春发育期,生理和心理上都在经历着较大的变化,自我认同感的偏差在学生中普遍存在。分析学生自我认同感偏差的表现,并制定有效的激励策略,对于今后学生的专业发展和职业生涯规划有着举足轻重的作用。
With the steady development of the country’s policy of vigorously developing vocational education, the five-year vocational education is increasingly favored by the majority of students and parents. Five-year vocational college students are in the period of adolescence transitioning from adolescence to youth, both undergoing major changes both physically and psychologically, and the deviation of self-identity is ubiquitous among students. Analyzing the performance of students’ self-identity bias and formulating effective incentive strategies play an important role in the professional development and career planning of future students.
