我部病房于1973年收治一例高颈段放射性脊髓病患者,属加速进行型者,经中西医综合治疗效果明显,报告如下:病例患者,38岁,女,于1971年3月发现右侧颈部包块,结合鼻衄、头痛病史,经拍颅底片诊断为“鼻咽癌”。同年4月施放射性钴~(60)治疗,照射部位为右侧面颈联合野,剂量为6,350拉德,共77天。同时服“抗癌片”农吉利等中药治疗,一般情况好转,恢复工作。1973年5月上旬
