检测替硝唑(tinidazole,TNZ)对63 株口腔常见厌氧病原菌的体外抗菌活性,其MIC和MBC值范围为≤0.125~16m g/L,与甲硝唑(m etronidazole,MNZ)比较,结果相近或略低。采用厌氧培养方法,检测48名牙周炎和冠周炎患者服用TNZ和MNZ前后病灶位厌氧菌的检出情况,结果显示TNZ对卟啉单胞菌、普雷沃氏菌、梭杆菌和消化链球菌有强的抗菌活性,用药后的菌量明显减少,有统计学意义(P< 0.01),其体内抗菌活性与MNZ相似或略强。
The antibacterial activity of tinidazole (TNZ) on 63 strains of common oral anaerobic pathogens was tested. The MIC and MBC values ranged from 0.125 to 16 m g / L, compared with that of metronidazole (MNZ) With similar or slightly lower results.
