烟叶一年一种一收,土地利用率低、经济效益不高。我县大坪乡马河村种烟能手马秋生,一家种烟3亩,实行烟叶与红薯间作,烟叶行间距离1米、株距0.5米,每亩栽烟1300株。同时,在烟叶行间栽1行红薯,株距33厘米,每亩2000株,经过精心管理,在大旱之年获得烟叶、红薯双丰收,烟叶平均亩产值523元;红薯亩产1750公斤,平均亩产值655.1元,两项合计年产值每亩1178.1元,为我县丘岭旱地烟叶生产闯出一条新路子。
