社会主义核心价值体系是引领创新人才健康成长的指导体系。提高理论素养、树立远大志向、富有创新精神、践行创新行为是创新人才健康成长的科学内涵。社会主义核心价值体系对创新人才健康成长的引领作用体现在四个方面:用马克思主义理论引领提升理论素养,用社会主义共同理想引领树立远大志向,用民族精神和时代精神引领培育创新精神,用社会主义荣辱观引领践行创新行为。针对社会主义核心价值体系引领创新人才健康成长实现路径存在的问题,新形势下应从教学形式、社会实践、榜样教育、心理健康教育和环境氛围等多方面进行路径创新。
The socialist core value system is the guiding system that leads the healthy growth of innovative talents. It is a scientific connotation for innovating talented people to improve their theoretical attainments, establish lofty ambitions, be innovative, and practice innovative behaviors. The leading role of the socialist core value system in promoting the healthy growth of innovative talents is reflected in four aspects: using Marxist theory to lead the promotion of theoretical accomplishments, leading the ambitious aspiration with the common ideal of socialism, leading the cultivation of innovative spirit with the national spirit and the spirit of the times, Socialist concept of honor and disgrace leads innovation practice. In view of the existing problems that the socialist core value system leads the healthy growth of innovative talents, under the new situation, path innovation should be made from the aspects of teaching forms, social practice, example education, mental health education and environmental atmosphere.
