美国模拟器件公司(ADI)日前宣布,ADI与中国手机制造商TCL移动通信有限公司联合开发的首款GSM手机成功通过全球认证论坛(GCF)测试之后己经投入批量生产。 ADI公司的许多高性能模拟信号和数字信号处理系列芯片能为手机提供高级的媒体性能,例如彩屏、照相机、游戏和多音调铃声,并具有可选择的业务性能,如Java编程语言、语音辨识、免提操作和通用分组无线业务(GPRS)数据业务。两家公司开发的这种新型手机使用了ADI公司的SoftFone基带处理芯片组和Othello直接变频射频集成电路。
Analog Devices Inc. (ADI) today announced that its first GSM handset, jointly developed by ADI and Chinese handset maker TCL Mobile Communications Ltd., has been mass-produced after successfully passing the GCF test. Analog Devices’ family of high-performance analog and digital signal processing chips deliver advanced media capabilities such as color screens, cameras, games and multi-ringtones for mobile phones with selectable business features such as Java programming language, speech recognition, Hands-free operation and general packet radio service (GPRS) data services. The new phone, developed by both companies, uses Analog Devices’ SoftFone baseband processing chipset and Othello direct-conversion radio frequency integrated circuits.
