自1967年由 Kelman 首次将超声乳化白内障应用于临床以来,目前国内也逐渐开展了这一新技术,本文报告我院眼科于1991年8月～1992年12月经睫状体平部行晶体粉碎联合玻璃体切除、视网膜复位或人工晶体缝合固定术14例15只眼,术后视力改善11只眼占73.3%。此种术式在国内尚无文献报告,本文就超声乳化仪器概况、手术适应证、手术方法及优缺点、术中术后并发症加以讨论。
Since 1967 by Kelman for the first time in the clinical application of phacoemulsification cataract, the current domestic gradually carried out this new technology, the report of our hospital ophthalmology in August 1991 ~ December 1992 by the ciliary body flat crushing crystal line Vitrectomy, retinal reattachment or intraocular lens suture fixation in 14 cases of 15 eyes, postoperative visual acuity 11 eyes accounted for 73.3%. There is no literature report about this kind of operation in our country. This article discusses the general situation of phacoemulsification equipment, operation indication, operation method, advantages and disadvantages, and intraoperative and postoperative complications.
