自1980年开始研制WSPA耐候钢,通过批量试生产,收集了较全面的生产性试验数据。本文对武钢WSPA耐候钢产品的成分设计要求、在不同大气条件下的耐蚀特性、纵横向和与轧向呈45°方向的力学性能分布特性、可焊性、成型性等工艺性能及脆性转变温度生产实践进行简述,报导这些数据表明,WSPA耐候钢各项性能已达到国外CorTenA钢性能标准,可以满足国内各类铁道车辆的使用要求。
WSPA weathering steels have been developed since 1980 and have been tested in a large number of pilot production batches.
