5月18日,Facebook CEO扎克伯格敲响纳斯达克开市大钟,其融资规模高达160亿美元,创下美国公司上市之最。一个月前,Apple市值超过6000亿美元,远超美国第二大公司埃克森美孚,甚至高于微软和IBM的市值之和。一个接一个的财富神话如雨后春笋般涌现,在移动互联网的支持下,这些企业以各种各样的创意联系市场和大众,打造出一个属于自己的产业系统,开辟出全新的商业蓝海,成为各大运营商竞相学习的典范。对国内的运营商而言,如何通过系统创新实现在移动互联网的突破发展,是一个紧迫的话题。带着这个问题,日前笔者采访了新加坡印咨询集团董事长兼总经理叶小松,围绕目前运营商如何面对新时期的转型需要进行系统创新的话题展开了探讨。
